I support SMEs across Somerset and the surrounding counties - including start ups, trades, retail, family-run businesses, and growing teams that need clear, friendly advice.

3. Do you offer one-off HR support?

Yes. You don't need a retainer to work with me. I offer one-off advice, single issue support, and pay-as-you-go HR guidance whenever you need it.

4. Can you help with employee issues or difficult conversations?

Absolutely. I provide calm, kind, clear support with conduct, performance, grievances, absence, and conflict resolution - including scripts, letters and guidance to help you handle conversations confidently and fairly.

5. Do you write contracts, policies and handbooks?

Yes. I can create or update contracts, policies, handbooks andHR documentation tailored to your business, ensuring they are complient, practical and easy to understand.

6. Can you attend meeting with us?

Yes. I can attend meetings in person or online - including investigations, informal chats, formal hearings, welfare meetings and return-to-work discussions.

7. Do you offer ongoing HR support?

Yes. I rovide flexible monthly support packages for businesses that want regular HR guidance, peace of mind and quick access to advice.

8. What areas do you cover?

I'm basedin Somerset (Bridgwater) and support businesses across the county and beyond. Online support is available UK-wide.
